The Hardest Part

The hardest part about losing weight isn't the workout or having to give up your beloved favorite junk food (mine was salt and vinegar chips) or even getting inspired, the hardest part for me up until today is time. Finding time to actually work out is quite frankly the hardest part of working out! Michelle Obama loves to go on Disney Channel or whatever and talk about how important our 60 minutes of exercise a day is; easier said than done. Between waking up at 6:00 am and the hours of homework I get, I can't even imagine how hard it must be for an adult to find time to go to the gym. As a junior in high school if I'm not doing homework or studying or fretting about yet another standardized test I need, I kinda just wanna sleep. And I bet a lot of you out there feel the same way. No! Even though pushing your self is the hardest part, its the most crucial. You have to remember why you even wanted to workout or go to the gym in the first place- to become the better you! Nothing feels better than you've put in the effort and you see that golden number on the scale because that achievement is yours! So get up, stop making excuses, and work towards that goal, because believe me 50% of the weigh loss battle actually making the time to step on a treadmill- it only get easier.
